If your site is down beyond our 99.9% commitment, we credit one day of your monthly fee for every hour of unplanned downtime, up to one full month. Planned maintenance runs overnight with 48-hour notice and doesn't count against the guarantee.

When something bigger comes up mid-month — a new product line, a campaign launch, a redesigned section — buy a change-request pack or pay hourly. Same team, same response times, no new contract to sign.

Packs are good for six months from purchase. Use them for new pages, redesigned sections, integrations, or focused improvement pushes that fall outside what your package covers.

- What if I need extra work mid-month?
- Buy a change-request pack or pay hourly at $165. Packs run from 5 to 20 hours, good for six months. We tell you before any work goes outside what your package covers.
- What does Starter's monthly audit cover?
- A monthly traffic + SEO audit — what people did on your site, who's finding you on Google and in AI search, and what's broken or out of date. Critical fixes (broken links, security patches, stale hours or contact info, image issues) are rolled into the same pass — no separate ticket. Larger pushes (new pages, campaigns, design work) go into a change-request pack or up to Growth.
- Why month-to-month with no commitment?
- Because we earn the monthly fee with the work we do that month. If we stop earning it, no contract should keep you paying us. The monthly relationship has to keep proving itself.
- Can I switch tiers later?
- Yes. Move up or down, takes effect on your next billing cycle. Plenty of clients start at Growth, move to Premier as they grow, or step back to Starter during quieter seasons.
- Do you handle SEO and AI search at every tier?
- Yes. Starter sets the foundation in your build and adds a monthly visibility report. Growth adds ongoing improvement work. Premier adds an active campaign with quarterly content planning. The work scales with the tier — never absent.
- What's not covered by these packages?
- Brand identity, custom software, automated workflows beyond the website, paid advertising, and large content production. Each is its own engagement, quoted separately. Talk through any of them on a introduction.
